This is a multi-disciplinary role requiring expertise in digital marketing, website development, social media management, content creation, video production, branding, and analytics.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing digital campaigns, maintaining and improving websites, creating engaging content, producing professional videos and vlogs, and driving measurable business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Core ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
- Conduct audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Create monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Website Development & Management
- Design, develop, update, and maintain company websites.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed and performance.
- Implement landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion funnels.
- Perform website troubleshooting and technical maintenance.
- Improve website user experience (UX) and customer journey.
- Manage website hosting, backups, security updates, and integrations.
- Optimize websites for SEO and search engine rankings.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
- Build backlink strategies and improve domain authority.
- Monitor search rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Implement technical SEO best practices.
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms professionally.
- Create and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly content.
- Develop engagement strategies to increase followers and reach.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond promptly.
- Build online communities and improve brand reputation.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
Content Creation & Content Writing
- Write high-quality blogs, website content, ad copy, newsletters, and social media captions.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Create storytelling-driven content to increase engagement.
- Produce educational, promotional, and brand-awareness content.
- Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand voice and values.
Video Editing & Vlog Production
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish professional videos.
- Create reels, shorts, promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and vlogs.
- Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and effects.
- Optimize video content for different social media platforms.
- Manage video content calendars and publishing schedules.
Branding & Creative Design
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Design marketing materials, banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate on branding strategies and visual identity development.
- Create compelling visual content that supports marketing objectives.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
- Analyze marketing KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Present recommendations for business growth and digital expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Content Creation, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous projects and measurable results.
- Experience managing complete digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with website development and CMS platforms.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills Required
- WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate level).
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Google Search Console.
- Google Ads.
- Meta Business Suite.
- SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
- Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Brevo.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
- Photography and videography skills.
- E-commerce marketing experience.
- Experience managing multiple brands.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience creating sales funnels and lead-generation systems.
