Core Functions:
  • Uphold the Tampa Bay Buccaneers standards in all communication and design to maintain a cohesive, recognizable brand.
  • Lead artistic development of all promotional and marketing pieces, including but not limited to campaigns, out-of-home, print, mobile, email, digital, collateral, signs, in-stadium, sales, and club publications.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and target audiences for all creative executions.
  • Develop concepts, oversee projects, and provide direction in an environment with tight deadlines.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, copy, and other creative developed by the Creative team.
  • Maintain graphic and copy consistency across all deliverables
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts or a design-related field
  • 7+ years as a professional graphic designer preferred
Technical Knowledge:
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
Work Environment:
  • The Company is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Other environmental conditions:
  • Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home and some away games; may have to work occasional holidays
  • Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
  • Computer and desk work is a significant part of daily activities
  • Sitting, standing, and working with hands for extended periods
  • Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required
