We're looking for a Marketing Artist who’s passionate about quality and ready to take our testing processes to the next level!


What You'll Do

  • 360° Marketing Visuals: Design and produce striking creative assets for all marketing channels — TV commercials, digital campaigns, social media, in-game promotions, website, email, OOH and print.
  • Brand Identity & Campaigns: Translate marketing strategies into visuals that build strong brand presence and deliver clear, engaging messages.
  • Creative Storytelling: Develop original artwork, illustrations and concepts that bring campaigns to life and resonate with millions of football and gaming fans.
  • Motion & Video Support: Contribute to TVC and video production processes with strong visual direction, motion graphics or design input.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, product designers and external agencies to ensure consistent campaign execution across all touchpoints.
  • Trend Leadership: Stay on top of marketing and design trends, ensuring campaigns are always fresh, impactful and relevant.
  • Content Adaptation: Adapt and optimize visuals for different markets, platforms and formats, from high-impact TV spots to quick-turnaround social media posts.
  • Deadline Ownership: Manage multiple briefs at once, ensuring flawless delivery under tight timelines.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience creating marketing-focused visuals (gaming, sports, or entertainment industries preferred).
  • Proven portfolio including campaign visuals across digital, social, and preferably TV or OOH.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) — familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory and campaign storytelling.
  • Ability to collaborate with agencies and production houses on larger-scale campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in photography, video editing, or web design.
