Rollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher.

Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022.

Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.

Main Responsibilities

• Create engaging videos and visuals for the global marketing of our mobile games;
• Analyze creative performance data and derive insights to improve future campaigns;
• Work closely with the publishing and growth teams to design the best possible creatives for each project;
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce mobile video ads, visuals, and motion graphics for branding, social media, and events;
• Understand and empathize with our players to create content that truly resonates.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator ;
• Excellent understanding of design fundamentals composition, color, and motion;
• Creativity and curiosity you love brainstorming and experimenting with new ideas;
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and digital engagement;
• Experience in motion design, animation, or Unity is a big plus;
• Proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven approach to work;
• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous design and animation work;
• And most importantly a passion for mobile games !
