Marketing Artist

About the Company

Mobiversite is a fast-growing tech company building mobile apps and web apps that reach millions of users globally. We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Artist with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and iterate marketing creatives (videos, animations, images) for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google, and Applovin
• Develop and test multiple variations of each concept to optimize CTR, ROAS, and CPI performance
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to analyze creative performance and improve results based on data
• Design and produce trend-based and AI-enhanced creatives, following viral social and cultural trends
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Research and adapt competitor and market trends, transforming insights into new creative directions
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and performance marketing teams to align visuals with app updates and audience targeting
• Stay curious and proactive in experimenting with new AI and video tools
• Ensure all creatives are compliant with ad platform policies and brand identity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or ad creative production for mobile apps or digital campaigns
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools
• Knowledge of social media dynamics and performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPI)
• Curiosity and experience with AI tools for creative workflows
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to meet deadlines, and data-driven mindset
• Fluency in English for communication and reporting
