GoArt Worlds is a pioneering mobile Web3 platform with an AR-powered NFT game where players explore time portals, craft digital assets, and join Treasure Hunts for real-world rewards. As we approach our Token Generation Event (TGE), we're seeking a talented Marketing Artist to create the high-impact visuals that will fuel our growth.
Responsibilities
Create High-Impact Marketing Assets: Own the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring all visuals and videos align with campaign goals.
Develop Performance-Driven Creatives: Design and iterate on a high volume of ads (video, static) for user acquisition campaigns to optimize key metrics.
Utilize Performance Data: Utilize creative data to understand audience preferences and use insights to guide future creative development.
Visualize the Web3 Experience: Translate complex Web3 concepts (TGE, airdrops, NFT drops) into clear and compelling visual content for a gaming audience.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Create compelling copy and visuals for ads and social media that align with our brand's voice and editorial standards.
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience creating performance marketing assets for mobile games or Web3 apps.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing video and static ads for mobile user acquisition is required.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) for motion graphics, video, and statics.
Experience creating marketing assets directly from game engines (Unity or Unreal Engine).
Knowledge of mobile gaming and Web3 marketing funnels, creative trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows to improve efficiency.
Professional fluency in both English and Turkish.
