Marketing & Real Estate Assistant
We are a locally rooted real estate firm entering an exciting new chapter by partnering with a national brand. To strengthen our marketing and brand presence, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Charlottesville.

What you’ll do:

• Drive social media and storytelling efforts, helping us highlight what makes Central Virginia (Charlottesville and surrounding counties) unique
• Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and brand content
• Coordinate with our external marketing partners while managing in-house communication and projects
• Assist with day-to-day office marketing and eventually learn the basics of real estate transactions (with potential growth into a transaction coordinator role)

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and social media
• Comfortable with digital tools and analytics (SEO experience a plus)
• Excellent communicator with strong writing skills and an ability to create engaging content
• Ideally a recent college graduate/local candidate who wants to stay in the area long-term
• Bonus: curiosity about real estate and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
