Marketing Assistant

Village Tavern is looking for an awesome Part Time Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will design internal and external promotional material using various media to support and promote new member lead generation and existing member integration/onboarding. Deliver consistent brand messing in print, digital and across social platforms. Provide insight to emerging social media promotional opportunities and new technology.

Job Duties:

• Design internal promotional pieces, digital signage and social media posts
• Maintain and update website content
• Research and assist with fitness related content for educating members and developing ways to communicate.
• Design and execute email promotional campaigns
• Learn new technologies to stay on cutting edge of media promotions
• Progress into video collateral
• Support Sales dept. through designing and developing sales collateral
• Coordinate with various departments for program promotion
• Maintain promotional schedule of programs internal and external
• Responsible for inventorying club marketing assets

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years marketing experience preferred
• Associate degree preferred
• Experience in graphic designing
• Proficient with graphic design package - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of exporting files to appropriate specs based on digital vs print
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Photography and video skills a plus
• Knowledge of social network channels
• Quick and eager to understand technology as we work across many platforms and are always looking towards advanced and efficient communication methods
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Works well in a team environment and can collaborate with peers
• Skilled with MS Office / Google / Quick learner on saftware systems
