We are now seeking a talented and driven Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and help elevate our brand presence locally and internationally.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing campaigns, social media content creation, influencer partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies. You will work closely with the founder and creative director to bring bold, elegant, and innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and experiential)

• Manage and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads

• Coordinate with influencers, hotels, PR agencies, and content creators

• Support photo/video shoots and luxury event activations

• Monitor analytics and report campaign performance

• Help maintain and update website and digital listings

• Assist in customer communication, community management, and collaborations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in marketing, PR, or content creation (internships considered)

• Passion for creative industries: art, design, hospitality, or luxury

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Fluency in English

• Residency in Dubai with ability to commute to Al Quoz daily
