We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to help bridge the gap between innovative marketing strategy and on-the-ground sales execution for our extensive portfolio of beauty and grooming brands. This position supports the marketing team with essential administrative and project coordination tasks to ensure omnichannel campaigns run smoothly, product launches stay on track, and our sales partners have the tools they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to completion
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate team logistics
- Upload content to social media platforms
- Prepare reports using Google Analytics and other marketing tools
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and updating contact lists
- Research competitors, keywords, and marketing trends
- Communicate with educators, influencers, and beauty professionals
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using marketing automation tools like Mailchimp
- Experience using CRM platforms like Monday
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have:
- Beauty industry knowledge or product junkie
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
- Previous experience in project management
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
