Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor engagement and help in responding to customer queries and comments.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Help prepare reports on findings to guide future marketing strategies.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, online ads, and events.
- Data Analysis: Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics (such as website traffic, email open rates, and social media engagement). Prepare basic reports for the team to evaluate campaign success.
- Event Coordination: Help in organizing and promoting events, webinars, or product launches, ensuring all marketing materials are prepared and distributed.
- Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day marketing department operations, including preparing presentations, maintaining databases, and coordinating with vendors or partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear, engaging content.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. Prior experience in managing social media accounts is a plus.
- Creativity: Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) to help create simple visual content.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools such as Google Analytics, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp).
- Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking. Willingness to learn and apply insights from data.
