Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Marketing Professional with hands-on exposure to Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), steel structures, and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of combining technical understanding with strategic marketing to generate quality leads and convert them into executable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical marketing strategies for PEB, steel structures, fabrication, and sheeting works
• Identify and approach industrial clients, warehouses, logistics companies, factories, and EPC contractors
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to provide optimized solutions
• Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, drawings coordination, and commercial offers
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to support project closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, PMC’s, and developers
• Track market trends, competitors, pricing strategies, and upcoming industrial projects
• Support branding, presentations, and business development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2–8 years of experience in technical marketing of PEB / steel fabrication / industrial construction
• Strong understanding of PEB concepts, structural components, load basics, materials, and execution methods
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, convincing manner to clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD / basic drawings is an added advantage
