Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media
- Create and manage compelling content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email from Reels and Stories to long-form storytelling.
- Develop content calendars aligned with brand guidelines, product launches, and seasonal campaigns .
- Oversee all visual and written content ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging.
Brand Positioning & Communication
- Build and expand Rossette's brand positioning as Delhi's premium specialty coffee authority differentiating us through storytelling around terroir, craftsmanship, and innovation.
- Develop brand communication strategies for B2B (café partners, hotels, restaurants) and D2C (retail customers, coffee enthusiasts).
Brand Shoots & Collaborations
- Oversee brand photoshoots and video production directing creative vision for product photography, behind-the-scenes roastery content, and partner café features.
- Manage collaborations with food influencers, media houses, and complementary brands.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and team to maintain premium visual standards.
Khan Market Outlet Community Programs
- Conceptualize and execute in-store brand experiences: cupping sessions, barista training workshops, tasting events, and seasonal celebrations.
- Build community engagement programs that drive foot traffic, customer loyalty, and social media buzz.
- Manage event logistics, promotions, and post-event content amplification.
Website & B2B Outreach
- Oversee Rossette's website (www.rossettecoffee.com) including D2C e-commerce optimization, B2B partnership page updates, and blog content.
- Lead B2B outreach campaigns to cafés, restaurants, and hotels crafting pitches, case studies, and partnership materials that highlight our 50+ client success stories.
- Manage B2B inquiry follow-ups, proposal creation, and relationship nurturing with potential wholesale partners.
Brand Image & PR
- Represent Rossette in media interactions, press releases, and industry events.
- Build relationships with hospitality journalists, food bloggers, and publications for earned media coverage.
- Monitor brand sentiment and respond to customer feedback across all channels.
