Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have basic marketing knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Support social media management (posting, scheduling, engagement)
• Help create marketing content (captions, posts, basic creatives coordination)
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in managing email marketing and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements
• Track and report campaign performance
• Support day-to-day marketing operations

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta, or Google tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt
