We are a marketing agency in Alexandria, VA looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Our client list consists of mostly B2B companies, associations, and non-profits, some of which have been our clients for our entire 15-year history.
We are in need of a self-motivated marketing assistant to hit the ground running as a versatile, detail-oriented content creator, email marketer, researcher and overall communications pro. This position will require the ability to understand business challenges across multiple industries, as you will be supporting marketing efforts across our client base, not just one or two clients.
The ideal candidate should have under 5 years of experience, but be a quick learner willing to take on any task. They should able to translate directions from account executives and creative briefs into effective marketing materials and often carry those efforts directly through to execution in the form of emails, PPC ad campaigns, direct mail, etc. Comfortability with technology is a must, as many of our clients rely on us to work within their tools fluidly – this often means jumping in and out of multiple content management systems or marketing tools in the course of a day.
The position would be completely remote and the ideal candidate must have stable internet connection and be flexible enough to video conference during East Coast business hours. The position is available as a 1099 position or an employee.
