Marketing Assistant

First Station Media is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general office and administrative tasks
• Support order fulfillment, including local deliveries and client orders
• Review printed proofs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain organized records, files, and internal documentation
• Assist with marketing and communications-related projects as needed
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a part-time basis. First Station Media does not currently sponsor visas for this role
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements; must be able to safely operate a vehicle as part of job duties
• Strong communication skills; writing experience is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or logistics
• Familiarity with graphic or print design
• Photography experience
• Interest in marketing, communications, or digital media

Compensation

• $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (hourly base pay), based on experience and skills

Schedule

• Part-time employee position; approximately 20 – 24 hours per week (three days per week)

Work Location

• This position is based in Milwaukee and requires in-person work.

Additional Information

• This role may require standing, lifting, and local travel for deliveries.
• Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills in accordance with applicable law.
• Employment with First Station Media is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.
