Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant based in Tampa, FL. The Marketing Assistant will support sales and marketing initiatives by conducting market research, assisting with sales campaigns, managing customer communications, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support loyalty program initiatives, mobile app promotions, and customer engagement efforts.
• Coordinate in-store signage, promotional materials, and branded assets.
• Support social media, email marketing, and digital content updates.
• Work with vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track campaign performance, loyalty engagement, and promotional results.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Help organize events, store openings, and community marketing efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and marketing team.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing and cross-functional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
