Marketing Assistant / Lead Auditor (with Graphic Design Skills)

Location: Business Bay | Full-Time

We’re looking for a data-driven multitasker with a creative edge! This role blends lead auditing, CRM management (Bitrix), and graphic design to support our marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and analyze leads to improve conversion.

Maintain and optimize records in Bitrix CRM

Create reports using Excel & Google Sheets.

Support marketing with basic design tasks using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva.

Assist in daily admin and campaign tracking.

Qualifications

Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleanup).

Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar platforms.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Design experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva.

Background in real estate, marketing, or lead management is a plus.
