Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant / Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence in-house.

This is a hands-on, in-store role where you’ll capture real moments—from food preparation to team culture—and turn them into engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Capture daily photo and video content in our restaurants
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Post and manage content across social media platforms
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
• Highlight what makes Bud’s unique (food quality, team culture, customer experience)
• Assist with promotions, campaigns, and grand opening marketing
• Travel between locations as needed

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media (personal or professional)
• Comfortable filming and editing on a smartphone
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, creative, and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Restaurant or hospitality experience
• Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
