About Clara Optical

Clara Optical is a fast-growing optical retail company in the Miami area. We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Assistant / Content Creator to help produce videos, social media content, and Meta ads creatives.

This role is for someone creative, fast, autonomous, and comfortable producing a high volume of content.

Position

Marketing Assistant / Content Creator

Location: Miami area
Must be able to visit local stores / locations when needed.

Language Requirement: Spanish required.
English required.

What You’ll Do

• Film short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and ads
• Edit / mount videos quickly and consistently
• Create high-volume content for local marketing campaigns
• Help prepare Meta ads creatives
• Work on hooks, scripts, captions, and visual concepts
• Capture content in-store with staff, products, and customers
• Create content in Spanish and English
• Organize video, photo, and creative assets

What We’re Looking For

• Fast with video editing
• Familiar with Meta ads / Facebook ads / Instagram ads
• Comfortable producing a lot of content, not just one perfect video
• Comfortable filming in real-life environments
• Interested in marketing, content creation, and local advertising

Required Qualifications

• Spanish speaking: mandatory
• Marketing, creative, or content creation background
• Experience filming and editing videos
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, and Stories
• Basic understanding of Meta ads / paid social
• Ability to work in the Miami area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools
• Experience creating content for paid ads
• Retail, beauty, fashion, health, or local business experience preferred
• Knowledge of Miami / South Florida audiences

What Success Looks Like:

You are successful if you can produce many usable videos every week, move fast from idea to execution, and help Clara Optical generate more appointments, store visits, and brand awareness.

Compensation based on experience.
