Marketing Assistant (Entry Level) Hybrid- Part Time

Our client is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to be responsible for various marketing tasks in our firm. Tasks include assisting in marketing campaigns, finding events & trade shows, writing posts for social media &promotional materials, creating spreadsheets and other administrative marketing work as needed. This is an entry level role with opportunity to gain great experience. This position requires a self-motivated person who can utilize his/her leadership skills to continue to expand our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels
  • Create and publish social media content, track engagement and performance
  • Coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Submit projects for awards
  • Assist with graphic design and brochures if needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Knowledgeable in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Suite
  • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on various projects
  • Good communication & writing skills
  • Personable, outgoing and able to easily speak with people

Job Type: Part-time

Work Location: On site but some hybrid remote work is a possibility.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
