- Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring optimal performance through HTML updates and integration with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts by identifying opportunities for print advertising, digital ads, and sponsorships that align with strategic goals.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform campaign strategies and product positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics platforms; prepare reports to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management teams to support new product launches through targeted marketing activities.
- Manage budgets for various campaigns ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while meeting objectives.
- Support B2B marketing efforts by developing tailored messaging for corporate clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role with proven success in multichannel campaign management.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, social media marketing strategies, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong skills in content creation including copywriting; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Experience with WordPress website management; basic knowledge of HTML coding is advantageous.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to derive actionable insights; experience with performance marketing metrics is essential.
