We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service while assisting in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail management. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, operational management, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee and grow our presence across all major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, with an emphasis on visual storytelling.
  • Work with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content that showcases our products and tells the brand story.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage current customers and attract new ones.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and assist in maintaining an attractive, user-friendly online store.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Plan and promote in-store and online events such as sales, product launches, and exclusive promotions.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to promote the brand.
  • Manage daily activities including employee orientation, training & development, and performance evaluations.
  • Supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control processes to optimize stock availability.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with the store manager on budgeting, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate vendor relationships and purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and sales management.
  • Experience in managing shifts effectively while ensuring operational goals are met.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team management and development.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for transaction processing.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales growth.

Job Type: Full-time
