Marketing Assistant Needed

Company Overview

Benchmark Custom Homebuilders is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant — ideal for a young college graduate or intern — to support our marketing and advertising efforts. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

You’ll assist with both in-office and remote tasks, contributing to our company’s branding, online presence, and communication strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and creating content across all social media platforms
• Designing marketing materials using Canva
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns via Flodesk
• Updating and maintaining our website and WordPress content
• Supporting marketing events, photo shoots, and project promotions
• Coordinating with team members through Outlook and Buildertrend
• Performing general marketing and administrative support as needed

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Flodesk, WordPress, and social media management
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Flexible, teachable, and a self-starter with a positive, optimistic attitude
• Detail-oriented with good time management and organization
• Experience with Buildertrend or construction industry marketing is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
