Marketing Assistant - Retail

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


Complete an internship by executing tasks as assigned within a limited and agreed period of time, and with relevant skills and knowledge, contribute to the function's area of expertise. (Usually relevant for students and graduates.)



Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring internal and external organization and travel processes, and preparing related informational guidelines

• Following up and coordinating communication processes with supplier companies, agencies, and other stakeholders

• Conducting data analysis related to dealers and third-party business partners (opened/closed dealers, reasons, monthly store visitor numbers, etc.)

• Monitoring projects carried out for dealers and customers, and developing new projects


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER


• Able to work at least 3 days a week (preferably with no mandatory attendance requirement)

• Preferably studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, or related departments

• Open to learning and eager to follow innovations and developments

• Interested in developing themselves in marketing

• Able to actively use MS Office programs, preferably proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of English
