To help us deliver on our mission, we are hiring a Marketing Associate to play a hands-on role in supporting our email, social and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts. This job is a great fit for a person starting their career and building their marketing skills across marketing disciplines and want to make a direct impact with their work.

You will partner with our Social and Customer Communications and Growth team members to help run prospect and customer email campaigns, grow and engage our social media presence, optimize content for search, and support customer communications to help keep our clients and their employees informed and inspired.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of in-office and work-from-home days each week.

You will contribute to prospect, promotional, and nurture campaigns and help existing clients and their employees get started with their retirement plans through email, educational materials, and more.

You will collaborate across internal teams - including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product - as well as with external agencies. Optimizing and enhancing campaigns while leveraging Marketo and Salesforce to improve conversion are exciting and essential parts of the role. This position reports to the Marketing Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
