We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead who will fully own digital marketing operations, paid campaigns, content, creative development, analytics, and funnel performance. This role replaces our current marketing agency, transitioning all responsibilities internally.
The candidate will work closely with leadership to support Nayla’s current growth strategy and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Paid Campaign Management & Full Funnel Ownership

Own all paid advertising across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.

Manage end-to-end funnel performance (Awareness → Consideration → Application → Approval).

Optimize targeting, bidding, segmentation, and audience strategies to drive qualified leads and improve approvals.

Take over all campaigns currently managed by the external agency and rebuild them under a unified strategy.

Data Analytics, CAC Performance & Conversion Optimization

Analyze campaign data, funnel metrics, and attribution to improve performance.

Track CAC, cost-per-approved-loan, and conversion rates across each stage of the funnel.

Utilize Mixpanel for tracking marketing events, user behavior, and segment-level performance.

Generate weekly and monthly insights to guide decisions and forecast growth outcomes.

Content Creation, Creative Strategy & Testing

Develop and manage a full content calendar for awareness, education, announcements, and partnerships.

Create high-quality ads, visuals, and social media posts in-house.

Lead the creative direction for static, video, and performance-oriented content.

Run A/B testing on creatives, hooks, messaging, and formats to optimize performance.

Brand Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Ensure all marketing activities comply with SAMA guidelines and financial services communication standards.

Maintain consistency and accuracy of Nayla’s brand identity across all channels.

Review all creatives and messaging for regulatory accuracy and clarity.
Must-Have
-
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or acquisition-focused roles.

Proven experience managing all major social and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, segmentation, and attribution models.

Experience developing content calendars and managing social media platforms end-to-end.

Strong analytical capability with experience using data tools (Mixpanel experience is a strong plus).

Ability to prepare social and ad creatives independently (static & short-form content).

Comfortable taking full ownership and working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:

Experience in creative design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma).

Experience in fintech, lending, or high-velocity customer acquisition models is a plus.

Background in CRO, landing page optimization, or SEO practices.
