Position Overview:
As a Marketing Associate at Merchlist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies, create compelling content, and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community management.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and Meta Suite.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
