Marketing Associate / Digital Media Designer

Job Summary
Helio Next Companies is located in Salina, KS and is a growing family of companies. Helio Next is currently taking applications for a marketing associate/coordinator. This role will be responsible for assisting with several of our companies and will be focused primarily on the firearms industry, automotive aftermarket/upfitting industry, and construction/roofing industry. The position will assist the company leadership with updating marketing print marketing materials, managing social media activities, updating product labels, email newsletters, etc. In general, this role will be assisting with different growth strategies across each of the companies in our group.

Responsibilities

• Develop eye-catching design assets for trade shows, websites, social media, email newsletters, and digital advertising using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Design simple but engaging video content utilizing Adobe After Effects or other video editing software
• Lead art direction for branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels
• Produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, logo designs, layout compositions, and print advertising materials aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with leadership team to integrate graphic design with strategic messaging
• Must be able to stay organized and keep multiple projects moving forward at all times.
• Must be able to communicate professionally & effectively.

Additional skills and relatable experience is favorable such as website design (primarily wordpress), sales experience, ecommerce/online advertising, etc.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital design or marketing roles with a portfolio showcasing work in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Experience working in a similar role within a team environment
