Marketing Associate / Graphics Lead

CORE FUNCTIONS

· Collaborate with Marketing and Principals to develop content and materials that support business development efforts with a focus on graphics, including proposals, presentations, project sheets, award submissions, and marketing collateral
· Lead all graphics needs (presentations, collateral, logo updates, invitations, custom graphics, business cards, etc.)
· Maintain and update company website (Wix), ensuring SEO/AIO best practices and consistent brand messaging following the latest trends in dining, design, graphics & web design
· Create and coordinate conference/tradeshow marketing materials including conference calendar and registrations
· Maintain and grow Ricca’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and reporting on engagement metrics
· Create and edit video content and photography for marketing and social media initiatives
· Update and maintain CRM (Vantagepoint) & photography database
· Design and coordinate business card ordering and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

· Strong technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Skills in Wix required
· Experience in social media platforms required -- collaborating and creating relevant content, scheduling and planning outreach, measuring social media marketing efforts
· VantagePoint CRM experience desired
· AI experience desired
· Photography & video production experience desired (i.e. internal headshots or external projects shooting/editing)
· Self-starter that actively initiates and addresses necessary actions to complete tasks, projects, initiatives, etc.
· Excellent professional communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well & prioritize under pressure with high attention to detail
· Outstanding organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to meet strict deadlines
· Willing to work in an established system developed for creating high-quality deliverables
· Minimum of two years' experience working in a professional setting

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
