Job Description:
Kodifly is seeking a proactive and strategic
Marketing Associate I
to help our branding, content, and inbound lead generation efforts. This role is pivotal in crafting a cohesive brand identity and executing digital strategies that resonate with our B2B audience in the SaaS and spatial intelligence sectors.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creator, comfortable using tools like
Canva
to produce high-quality marketing collateral—from technical brochures to engaging slide decks, while managing our overall digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Content & Brand Creation:
-
Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, and slide decks to support sales and brand positioning.

Manage and update the company website and blog with fresh, SEO-optimized content.

Create engaging social media posts and visual content using Canva and other design tools.

Inbound & Digital Strategy:
-
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive inbound lead generation.

Execute and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media engagement.

Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across all digital platforms to ensure lead nurturing.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Technical Content Writer to ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.

Act as a liaison between the Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams to align campaigns with product capabilities.

Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, identifying areas for strategic improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within
SaaS product companies
or B2B tech environments.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Canva
for quick and effective design of marketing materials.

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, lead generation, and email marketing best practices.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
