About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Marketing Associates to join our growing team across Kanpur, Lucknow, Patna, and Ranchi. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for driving business from local retail clients within the city, with a key focus on classified advertisements. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships—whether experienced or just starting their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard retail clients for classified advertisement solutions.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising options aligned with their goals.
• Convert leads into business and meet monthly sales targets.
• Build strong client relations through regular engagement, follow-ups, and service support.
• Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and closures.
  
  

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to 20% of sales revenue generated
