About The Role
As a
Marketing Automation Associate
, you'll support the design and execution of campaigns that engage customers across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences powered by tools like
Braze
and
Tealium
.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and optimizing campaigns in Braze across email, push, and in-app channels.

Support segmentation and audience targeting using Tealium CDP or similar tools.

Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).

Help design automated workflows based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
