About The Role

As a Marketing Automation Associate , you'll support the design and execution of campaigns that engage customers across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences powered by tools like Braze and Tealium .

This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in digital or email marketing who wants to grow into CRM and automation . You'll learn how data, segmentation, and personalized journeys come together to drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and optimizing campaigns in Braze across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Support segmentation and audience targeting using Tealium CDP or similar tools.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Help design automated workflows based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Stay curious about emerging CRM, marketing automation, and personalization trends.

  • Strong analytical and reporting mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data.
  • Eagerness to learn automation workflows, customer segmentation, and lifecycle design.
  • A collaborative attitude and passion for improving customer experiences.
