Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to own Rahal's brand strategy, storytelling, and 360 marketing execution. This role requires strategic thinking as well as hands on executional capabilities. Both are equally important and non negotiable.
You'll build awareness, grow customer acquisition, and drive engagement across Iraq and the GCC. From digital campaigns and partnerships to brand activations and PR, you'll lead how Rahal shows up across every touchpoint - inside the Super Qi app and beyond.
This role blends creativity with data, strategy with execution, and local insights with regional ambition.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Creative
- Build, refine, and protect Rahal's brand identity, voice, and visual system.
- Lead the creation of 360 campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across product, marketing, and communications.
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Design and execute data driven acquisition campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Collaborate with BI and Product teams to measure ROI, CAC, LTV, CTR, and CVR.
- Manage agencies and freelancers to deliver creative assets, digital ads, and local activations.
Partnerships & Communications
- Co create marketing partnerships with airlines, hotels, and payment partners.
- Drive PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling.
- Develop content calendars and campaign roadmaps aligned with marketing seasonalities (e.g., White November, Ramadan, Karbala, Umrah, Summer School break, etc.).
Leadership & Process
- Build Rahal's in house marketing foundation; from creative briefs to campaign performance dashboards.
- Partner with Product and Operations teams to align growth campaigns with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, brand, or growth roles (preferably in travel, e commerce, mobility, or fintech).
- Expertise: Proven experience in 360 campaign management (social, digital, influencer, offline).
- Strong understanding of user segmentation, retention funnels, and campaign analytics.
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
- Creative mindset paired with commercial discipline.
- Languages: English (fluent) and Arabic (fluent) is a must.
