Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in social media management, product management, branding, and digital marketing, with a proven ability to analyze market data and craft compelling marketing strategies. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Oversee product management activities including positioning, messaging, and lifecycle management.
  • Conduct market research utilizing tools such as Nielsen to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, e-commerce sites, and traditional media.
  • Lead public relations efforts to strengthen brand reputation and foster positive media relationships.
  • Utilize analysis skills to monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and report on ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support business growth.
  • Manage budgeting for marketing initiatives ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop visual content that supports branding campaigns.
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions to set long-term marketing objectives and tactical plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, product management, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analysis skills with experience in market research tools such as Nielsen.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, multichannel marketing strategies, and B2B marketing practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for public relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans with a focus on sales growth and brand positioning.
  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation for large-scale campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in analysis-driven decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
