Marketing & Brand Manager

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Execution

  • Own the end-to-end development of marketing creatives across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Translate strategic briefs into high-quality visual assets including brochures, presentations,

creatives, and videos.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage company social media platforms including planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging, insight-led content.

Video Creation & Editing

  • Lead video content initiatives including concept, scripting, editing, and production.
  • Improve video formats to enhance engagement and brand recall.

Events Design & Management

  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Manage event branding, vendor coordination, and reporting.

Sales Enablement & Collateral

  • Develop pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and capability decks.
  • Support sales teams with impactful marketing materials.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Manage agencies, designers, and vendors.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience in presentation design and marketing collateral.
  • Knowledge of video editing and social media tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles.
  • Experience in FMCG, B2B, manufacturing, or services preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with high ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
