Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Execution
- Own the end-to-end development of marketing creatives across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Translate strategic briefs into high-quality visual assets including brochures, presentations,
creatives, and videos.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage company social media platforms including planning, execution, and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging, insight-led content.
Video Creation & Editing
- Lead video content initiatives including concept, scripting, editing, and production.
- Improve video formats to enhance engagement and brand recall.
Events Design & Management
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Manage event branding, vendor coordination, and reporting.
Sales Enablement & Collateral
- Develop pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and capability decks.
- Support sales teams with impactful marketing materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Manage agencies, designers, and vendors.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience in presentation design and marketing collateral.
- Knowledge of video editing and social media tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles.
- Experience in FMCG, B2B, manufacturing, or services preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with high ownership.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
