Overview
The Marketing & Brand Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all marketing initiatives that support SingleWave’s growth objectives. This includes digital marketing, branding, communications, content creation, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape the brand voice and drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
  • Support leadership in building a long-term marketing roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure messaging reflects SingleWave’s voice, mission, and professionalism.
  • Create marketing calendars and execute planned campaigns to support sales and service initiatives.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with regular, engaging content.
  • Oversee website content, SEO, and updates to ensure relevance and lead conversion.
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Track and report on digital analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Content & Communications

  • Write and design digital and print materials including emails, blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
  • Create branded visuals and assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage company newsletters and email campaigns for client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership on customer success stories and testimonials to highlight impact.

Community & Events

  • Coordinate company participation in local business events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
  • Build community awareness through partnerships, networking groups, and industry associations.
  • Support event promotion and logistics when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of professional marketing experience (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation principles.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (PipeDrive,Brevo,) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for technology and communicating its value in simple, human terms.
