ABOUT THE POSITION:

You will be the architect and accelerator of all marketing initiatives at Burr Roofing, Siding & Windows. This is a senior leadership role accountable for generating qualified leads, building long-term brand equity, and elevating Burr's marketing operation from good to exceptional. You’ll lead strategy, coach your team, and roll up your sleeves to execute when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the lead generation funnel from top to bottom; drive and analyze all inbound/outbound efforts.
  • Develop and oversee strategic marketing plans aligned with Burr’s long term growth plan.
  • Build and manage marketing budget with discipline and ROI accountability.
  • Lead brand consistency across digital, print, jobsite, and in-person touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with digital vendors, SEO/PPC partners, and creative agencies.
  • Mentor and oversee Brand Ambassador/Event Manager and customer-facing marketing roles.
  • Design and lead campaigns, including jobsite radius marketing, direct mail, email nurture, and social storytelling.
  • Develop marketing analytics dashboards, tracking lead source performance and CAC.
  • Elevate Burr’s market position as the ultimate small business exterior remodeler in CT.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of proven marketing leadership in a growth-minded company (bonus: home improvement or design-build space)
  • Strong command of digital platforms (SEO/SEM, social, email, web, analytics, video)
  • Track record of growing brand awareness and lead conversion
  • Grit, curiosity, and energy to lead a fast-moving department with high standards
  • Comfortable managing people, vendors, and budgets with strategic clarity

Schedule

This is a full-time position which will typically involve 45+ hours a week. Employee is expected to be available some Saturdays and/or Evenings for events and client meetings.

Travel

Minimal travel required in performing the duties of this position. Employee is expected to travel as needed to participate in continuing education and conferences up to 5 times per year.

Education and Experience

5–10 years of proven marketing leadership in a growth-minded company (bonus: home improvement or design-build space)

Compensation:

· $80,000-$100,000 salary paid weekly. Depending on Experience

· Plus, Substantial bonus/incentive package
