Position Title: Marketing & Branding Specialist

Reporting To: Group General Manager, HEKA Healthcare Group

Location: Fujairah & Dubai, UAE


The Marketing & Branding Specialist is responsible for executing all marketing, branding, and communication activities across HEKA Clinics and HEKA Trading. The role ensures consistent brand identity, supports patient and client acquisition, enhances visibility across digital and offline channels, and ensures organized execution of campaigns aligned with HEKA’s strategic direction.


Key Responsibilities


Branding & Identity

  • Maintain and enforce HEKA brand guidelines across all clinics and divisions.
  • Develop visual materials (banners, flyers, brochures, roll-ups, campaign creatives).
  • Ensure unified branding for MAS, Banobagi, FCC, and HEKA Trading.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for branding revisions and creative support.
  • Support in packaging design and product branding for HEKA Trading.


Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media presence across all HEKA platforms.
  • Coordinate content calendars, posts, stories, reels, and promotions.
  • Work with content creators, photographers, and videographers to ensure quality output.
  • Monitor performance of ads, campaigns, and account engagement.
  • Support SEO activities, keywords, and website updates.


Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute clinic and trading marketing campaigns (seasonal, monthly, service-focused).
  • Coordinate with clinic managers to identify priorities, promotions, and target audiences.
  • Implement proximity targeting, WhatsApp campaigns, and conversion-focused ads.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and local collaborations.


Events & Community Engagement

  • Organize and support events for HEKA Clinics (open days, activations, health events).
  • Prepare materials, coordination, and post-event analysis.
  • Enhance community presence and partnerships.


CRM, Analytics & Reporting

  • Work closely with Zoho CRM for tracking campaign performance.
  • Analyse lead sources, conversion rates, retention, and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing dashboards for management.
  • Support clinics with patient follow-up campaigns and email marketing.


Vendor & Agency Management

  • Work with Red Berries / BrandCare / external agencies for websites, Google Ads, creative materials.
  • Review quotes, proposals, and coordinate approvals.
  • Follow up on production (signages, materials, printing).


Internal Communication

  • Support internal marketing such as staff recognition, internal newsletters, and clinic communication.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and marketing updates for management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Experience
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare or beauty/aesthetic industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and creative production.
  • Strong knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (minimum workable skills).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic & English.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems is a plus.
