Atelier Rebul is looking for a Marketing Business Analyst to join our growing global marketing team. In this role, you’ll turn data into decisions — leading the way in performance tracking, campaign optimization, pricing analysis, and customer insight. You will be the analytical force behind our brand, shaping the future of how we grow across categories, markets, and channels. This is a unique opportunity to work across fragrance, skincare, and home categories in a fast-scaling lifestyle brand with a premium global presence.


General Qualifications


• Minumum 5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, brand analysis, or business intelligence role,

• Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, and tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL),

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking,

• Experience in managing research projects is a plus,

• Fluent in English (written & spoken),

• Experience in FMCG, retail, luxury or beauty industries is preferred.


Job Description


• Own and maintain all marketing dashboards (sales, campaigns, CRM, category, retail KPIs),

• Track performance by category, country, and channel; provide monthly insight reports,

• Measure ROI of campaigns and promotional activities,

• Analyze category mix and pricing performance,

• Support brand and commercial teams with growth and margin optimization strategies,

• Brief, manage and evaluate external research projects (U&A, brand health, concept testing),

• Translate research findings into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders,

• Track how insights are activated across brand and CRM strategies,

• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis,

• Manage Turquality fund reporting and efficiency metrics.
