About Sukoon Cares

Sukoon Cares is a Canadian virtual mental health and wellness organization committed to making culturally responsive care more accessible to South Asian communities across Canada.

We connect clients with qualified mental health professionals who understand the cultural, family, immigration, identity, and intergenerational experiences that can influence mental health. We are looking for a motivated and creative professional based in Pakistan to help strengthen Sukoon Cares’ presence, support our clients, and expand our reach across Canada.

About the Role

The Marketing, Business Development & Client Care Executive will support Sukoon Cares across marketing, content creation, community outreach, partnership development, and client service.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can communicate professionally, create engaging content, develop outreach ideas, build relationships, and respond to client concerns with empathy and discretion.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with a Canada-based team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Brand Awareness

  • Develop and implement ideas to increase awareness and recognition of Sukoon Cares across Canada.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Recommend creative marketing strategies to attract new clients and strengthen Sukoon Cares’ brand.
  • Assist with website content updates and search engine optimization.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing activities and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Identify relevant Canadian events, awareness days, community initiatives, and partnership opportunities.
  • Research and write clear, engaging, and culturally relevant blog articles.

Business Development and Community Outreach

  • Identify opportunities to expand Sukoon Cares’ reach within South Asian communities across Canada.
  • Build relationships with community organizations, cultural associations, universities, student groups, religious centres, settlement organisations, healthcare providers, and businesses.
  • Contact potential partners by email, phone, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
  • Develop outreach lists and maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
  • Explore partnerships with employers, community leaders, media platforms, influencers, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Support the development of webinars, workshops, community events, and mental health awareness initiatives.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, outreach presentations, and introductory materials.

Client Care and Administrative Support

  • Respond to client questions, booking requests, concerns, and administrative problems by phone and email.
  • Communicate with clients in a warm, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Help clients understand Sukoon Cares’ services, therapist options, booking process, fees, forms, and general administrative procedures.
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and basic account-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with therapists and the client care team to resolve administrative concerns.
  • Support other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, content writing, or a related position.
  • Ability to communicate with clients patiently, professionally, and empathetically.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
  • Comfortable working Monday to Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating newsletters, blogs, social media content, or marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising.
