Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to help grow our professional services firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, strengthening digital presence, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities1️ Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients (SMEs, startups, corporates, individuals)
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Schedule meetings for partners/senior consultants
  • Maintain lead database and follow up regularly
  • Assist in converting prospects into clients
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Develop referral networks with lawyers, consultants, bankers, and other professionals
  • Ensure consistent client engagement

Marketing & Digital Presence

  • Manage LinkedIn profile and company page
  • Assist in posting industry updates (tax, compliance, advisory insights)
  • Coordinate website updates and basic SEO activities
  • Support digital marketing campaigns if required

Branding & Promotion

  • Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and proposals
  • Promote firm services such as taxation, audit, compliance, advisory, company registration, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and sales
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Professional and ethical approach

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (professional services preferred)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Qualified leads generated per month
  • Number of meetings scheduled
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue generated from new clients
  • Growth in digital engagement
