Marketing & Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities and bring in projects related to Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Presentation Design, and Audio-Visual Editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for creative services
• Generate leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach
• Pitch creative services (Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Presentation Design, AV Editing) to potential clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Research market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in creative/media industry)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of creative services and digital content production
• Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network in corporate/startup sector
• Experience working with design or media agencies
• Knowledge of digital marketing and branding

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,737.84 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
