Marketing & Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive with a strong focus on Interior Design & Fit-Out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s design-led solutions, strengthening brand presence, and driving business opportunities within the interior design sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies focused on interior design and fit-out services.
• Promote the company’s interior design capabilities across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Generate, follow up, and convert client inquiries into project opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing platforms including social media, showcasing design concepts and completed projects.
• Prepare high-quality marketing materials such as design portfolios, company profiles, presentations, and brochures.
• Conduct market research to identify design trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and developers.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure accurate representation of concepts and project delivery.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within Interior Design or Fit-Out industry.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of interior design concepts and UAE market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in digital marketing and visual content promotion.
• Ability to present design concepts in a professional and client-oriented manner.
• Creative, proactive, and result-focused personality.
