QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields,

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Marketing within FMCG,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Conducting feasibility analyses and preparing detailed business plans for new growth initiatives,
-
Identifying and evaluating potential investment targets, new products, partnerships, and business development opportunities, and presenting recommendations to top management,
-
Keeping up-to-date with global trends, eager to learn and leverage them,
-
Advising top management on financial, legal, and operational aspects throughout transactions, focusing on potential risks, opportunities, and other relevant factors,
-
Evaluating category performance and developing initiatives for continuous improvement,
-
Analyzing consumer insights and managing market research studies to determine and propose appropriate strategies,

Analyzing market data in close collaboration with Nielsen, tracking competition, and implementing execution strategies in coordination with Trade Marketing and Sales teams,

Carrying out feasibility studies with R&D, Production, Sales and Finance units of the proposed categories.

Conducting 7c analysis and in some potential categories proposing marketing mix.
