As the Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in amplifying organizational visibility, supporting membership and event growth, managing stakeholder outreach, and driving digital campaigns that attract sponsors, strategic partners, and high-quality audiences. The tasks are split up as follows:

To join us, you should have:
5+ years of B2B and/or life sciences/tech marketing experience; B2B sales or conference/education industry sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid search, and more.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar platforms) for marketing automation, workflows, reporting, and CRM management.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with excellent communication and high-volume outreach capability.
Data-driven marketer able to analyze performance, connect efforts to revenue, optimize spend, and manage budgets/forecasts.
Ability to support sales alignment through targeted enablement materials; proficiency in English.
