Marketing & Business Development Representative
Part-Time – 1 Day per Week
Position Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Representative supports regional marketing and referral development efforts on a designated one-day-per-week schedule. This role focuses on physician outreach, relationship building, and reporting within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Travel within the designated region on assigned workday to market services and develop referral relationships

Attend scheduled marketing events and meetings as aligned with part-time availability

Maintain and grow key referral accounts through periodic visits

Track outreach activities and submit weekly reports

Assist in identifying market opportunities and supporting growth initiatives

Analyze and summarize referral data trends

Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Perform additional duties as assigned within scope of the role
Schedule
This is a part-time position working one (1) day per week. Expectations and productivity goals will align with the limited weekly schedule.
Compensation

$300 per workday

$100 monthly gas allowance
Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or related field is preferred

Healthcare marketing or business development experience preferred

Strong communication and time management skills

Valid, unexpired driver’s license required
