Marketing & Business Development Specialist (Legal Sector)

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Female Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our law firm. This role is pivotal in strengthening the firm’s market presence, expanding its client base, and positioning the firm as a leading legal service provider in the region.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and possess a strong understanding of professional services—preferably within the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and business development strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients and high-value cases
• Manage and enhance the firm’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn
• Lead the preparation of client proposals, pitches, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Collaborate with legal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across practice areas
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Represent the firm at legal events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Oversee content development, including legal insights, articles, and thought leadership materials
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
• Proven track record in client acquisition and business growth
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of legal market dynamics

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
