Marketing & Campaign Assistant Manager

About the Role:

This position owns the digital customer journey from first purchase through long term loyalty. The Marketing & Campaign Assistant Manager leads the execution and optimization of email, SMS, wine club communications, and lifecycle campaigns that drive repeat purchase, strengthen membership retention, and increase customer lifetime value.

This role considers how customers engage with Bricoleur across promotional moments, seasonal launches, club shipments, events, and other digital touchpoints. Supporting website performance and assisting with updates in Shopify, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion across key customer journeys. The focus is on creating connected, intentional experiences that deepen engagement, reinforce brand loyalty, and support the growth of e-commerce.

In the hospitality industry, you may be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, shifts of greater than eight hours and work-weeks greater than forty hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:Email and SMS Campaign Execution

  • Build, test, and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo across marketing, wine club, and events
  • Own the promotional calendar and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time
  • Develop audience segmentation based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, and membership tier
  • Create creative emails and SMS campaigns that reflect brand standards and seasonal priorities
  • Optimize subject lines, send timing, content hierarchy, personalization blocks, and cadence

Lifecycle and Automation

  • Build and maintain automated email flows including but not limited to welcome, post purchase, browse abandonment, wine club onboarding, customization reminders, pickup notifications, club and win back sequences
  • Improve flow performance through testing and behavioral insights and personalization
  • Support wine club retention through thoughtful and timely lifecycle communication
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen automation and reduce manual workload

Digital Campaign and Social/Website Support

  • Execute email and SMS all for product launches, seasonal promotions, limited releases, events, collaborations, and more
  • Align lifecycle communication with website promotions and broader marketing initiatives
  • Support web launches through clear timelines and internal coordination
  • Support and assist with social media strategy and content creation

Reporting and Optimization

  • Track performance metrics including revenue contribution, conversion rate, engagement, and list growth
  • Provide regular performance summaries with clear insights and next steps
  • Run A/B tests across messaging, segmentation, and timing
  • Monitor deliverability and platform health

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands on email marketing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo including flows, segmentation, and reporting
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Background or familiarity with Shopify
  • Experience supporting ecommerce or membership based brands
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into improvements
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team member
  • Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, wine, or premium consumer brands is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
