Role Overview
As our Marketing & Campaign Designer Intern, you’ll be responsible for creating performance-focused visuals that support product launches, bundle drops, sales events, and homepage takeovers. You’ll work closely with the Graphic Design, Web, and Paid Ads teams to design assets that align with our brand look while maximizing conversion. This is a great role for a designer who wants to understand how visuals impact eCommerce success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design homepage banners, sale graphics, collection headers, and landing page visuals
- Create product bundle tags, flash sale badges, and highlight overlays for promotional periods
- Collaborate with web and marketing teams to build graphics aligned with seasonal launches
- Support visual updates for evergreen pages and marketing automations
- Help maintain a library of campaign assets and style-aligned design templates
- Iterate on design based on conversion feedback, performance trends, or A/B tests
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Strong visual eye for composition, color, and text hierarchy
- Experience designing digital graphics for banners, web layouts, or product promotion
- Comfortable working from brief with attention to brand guidelines
- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or marketing design specs
